Before me [[James, W.W.|W.W. James]] a [[Judge|Justice]] of the Peace in and for said county personally came [[Rawls J.|J. Rawls]] who on oath deposes and says that he knows [[Mcleane, James |James Mcleane]] The only witness for the State in case of the State vs [[Parmer, Jacob|Jacob Parmer]] and that he would not believe the Said [[Mcleane, James |James—-Mcleane]] on his oath in a court of Justice & Rauls further Swears that Said [[Mcleane, James |James Mcleane]] accused him the Said [[Rawls J.|J. Rawls]] of Stealing his pocket Book
