he State of Alabama | In the Circuity Court of said
[[Montgomery County (Ala.)|Montgomery County]] | State + County January Seventh 1859

The State | Same the State by the attorney
Vs. | [[Liminal|liminal]], and the Defendants in
Anthony, Pack | then one [justice?], and by their atto-
Ben + Prince States | rnies, and after hearing the change
of the Court, the jury returned to Consider
of the [misconduct?], and afterwards came said jury into Court
and [rey?] on their oaths that they said the Defendeants, guilty
of an [afsanet?] with intent to kill as charged in the
indictment; but unanimously recommend the Defendants
to executive [[Clemency|clemency]] for [feadow?].

And the jurors aforesaid
being from well and truly to [akep?] the value of said
[cases?], and to Inquire if the owner of said [[Slaves|slaves]] was to
clame for the offence committed; On their oath do
say that they said said slaves to be the [jeopardy?] of [?]
[?] and [akep?] the value of Pack at fifteen hundred
dollars, the value of Prince fifteen hundred dollars and the
the value of Ben thirteen hundered dollars and the value
of Anthony twelve hundred dollars : and they [?]
find that the said [Snekson?] [Shenniern?] the owner of
[Rend?] places was to blame for the offence committed
as charged in the indictment
