Martin Fay, a convict in this Institution Received June 8, 1858 convicted in the City [Court?] of
Mobil of an assault to murder and Sentenced to the Penitentiary for the term of 2 years
We the undersigned Inspectors hereby certify that the conduct of Said Fay has been exemplary
and unexceptionable to this time.
