Dr Sir: A Judgement final was taken at Our Last Hall Court against one [Isah?] Davis on forfeited
[Recogniz] and I am now Satisfied that there was a mistake or error in talking the judgement
and I am [disin?] that the fine should be permitted. It appears that I had [considered?] to the let
case lay over until next Spring Court, and as The Criminals are Last Term was [?] [?] over I
rebooked? This as I had made with the Cou? For Davis and made the Judement final

The reasons assigned by the Solicitor in the within letter the forfeiture against Isiah Davis is set
aside and <s>the final</s> remitted.
