Your petitioner would state that [[Logan, Perry|Perry Logan]] was convicted at the Court term of the circuit Court of [[Perry County (Ala.)|Perry County]] for [[Gambling|playing cards]] with a [[Enslaved people|slave]], he is by from and in a widowed mother to support and as the Court the last [[imprisonment was imprisonment of three months on our conviction for this offense, I would ask of your Excellency in consideration of his circumstances and in order [?] he may be [?] to [?] [some?] they [though?] the [fine?] [?] could support his mother, there to be [[Pardon|pardoned]] from the imprisonment on condition that he secure in [?] thee [?] [?] [?] the fine [?] [?] [?] [?] [?] [?]
