dear sir,
[[Lowenthal, unknown|Mrs Lowenthal]] has shown to me a letter from [[Armistead, unknown|Mr Armistead]] to you in reference to the [[Pardon|pardon]] of [[Lowenthal, Jules|Jules Lowenthal]. It seems that he intends to go to [[Belgium|Belgium]] at once, in this condition, I can concur with the recommendation of the [?].
