Dear Sir

I advised by Telegraph of the action of the Bank of Mobile & Southern Bank. in depositing Fifty Thousand Dollars each to the Credit of D. B. Grayham Treasurer... The Bonds to be issued under the ordinance of the Convention are to be placed in Possesion of those Banks. as soon as Convenient for him to have them ready - I deposited with each Bank one hundred thousand dollars of State Bonds & will hand you their rect on my arrival.

It will doubtless be gratifying to learn that an additional sum could have been disposed of to other Parties; The Semi anual Int. payable 1st April & 1st Oct of each year is an inducement to invest

Very Respectfully Your Obt Srvt Edmd Harrison
