State of Alabama
Montgomery County

Know all men by these
presents.

That. We, George M. Tigh
as principal, and John P. Tigh
as security are held and firmly bound unto Andrew
B. Moore, Governor of Alabama and his successors
in Office, in the penal sum of five thousand dollars,
to which payment well and truly to be made, and
done. we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and
administrator firmly, by these presents, sealed with
our seals. and dated the 23rd day of April One
thousand Eight hundred and sixty one.

The Condition of the Above Obligation
is such, that Whereas the above bound George M
Tigh did on the 12 day of April A D 1861
as by his contract in writing of that Date, with
Andrew B. Moore Governor of the State of Alabama,
agree to give bond And Security that the Solidity
and Substantiality of a certain Building
therein Specified, Called a powder House together
with its roof should be warranted for five
Years after Completion, Now if the said
George M. Tigh his heirs Executors and
Administrators shall and do well and truly
build and Construct said Powder house
according to the plan and specifications
hereunto Annexed, in a workmanlike
Manner keep the roof free from leaks

and warrant the building & the roof
to be kept in good condition
for five Years from the said 1st day
of June Next. Then this Obligation
to be void and of no effect, Otherwise
to remain in full fordce and virtue
in Law-
