Calhound Guards on this day hereby
certify that the following Commissioned
officers were duly elected according
to law

" 3rd " Janus U. Moorhead

I Hereby certify that the above is correct
statement of an election held for officers
of the Calhound Guards.
I would state to your Excely that our
Company so soon as the officers receive
their Commissions will be ready for
orders from you and would be pleased to
serve the State or Confederate States
