In the executions of
various Orders received by me, issued by the Executive
and Quarter Masters Department, Written and Verbal
I have issued to the several paties, and for the Am-
ounts specified in the foregoing accounts, and in
additions to the certificates issued, I have expended
and paid out Eighty four & 13/100 Dollars ($84.13) which
was necessary for the prompt and full executions of Orders
received, viz. Provisions, for men, Provision for Teams, assistance
necessary in relieving transporting waggons from difficulties
from which they could not extricate themselves -
All of which is respectfuly submitted
